PROCEDIMENTO:
Mettere in una ciotola la farina, il lievito e lo sciroppo/stevia e mescolare aggiungendo in contemporanea l’acqua tiepida gradualmente. Iniziare ad impastare con le mani, aggiungendo l’olio. Dividere l’impasto in due per creare due panetti. Uno di questi mettetelo in un’altra ciotola inserendo il cacao e impastando. l’impasto di entrambi dovrà essere compatto e omogeneo. Lasciare riposare per un’ora in frigo. Stendere entrambi gli impasti e con le mani iniziare a prendere piccoli pezzetti da arrotolare e unire nelle due parti al cacao e bianco. Creare la forma e infornare a 180°C per 12 minuti.
