INGREDIENTI:
200ml di albumi
1 bicchiere di acqua
1 cucchiaio di cacao amaro
2g di agar agar
Topping: lamponi e granella di pistacchio
PROCEDIMENTO:
In un pentolino, portare a bollore l’albume con acqua senza smettere di mescolare, aggiungendo gradualmente cacao ed agar agar. Se volete un gusto più dolce potete aggiungere 1 cucchiaino di miele o poche gocce di stevia liquida. Continuate ad agitare energicamente fino a quando la consistenza non sarà densa. Mettere in una tazza e lasciare riposare in frigo. Aggiungere il topping a piacere e servire.
