INGREDIENTI:
30g di farina di grano saraceno
40ml di olio di semi
1 uovo
50ml di albume
1 cucchiaio abbondante di miele
PROCEDIMENTO:
Mettere in un recipiente le farine, l’uovo e l’albume e iniziare ad impastare. Aggiungere l’olio e il miele e continuare ad impastare fino ad ottenere un panetto compatto. Lasciar riposare in frigo per circa un’ora. Creare le forme e cuocere in forno a 180 gradi per 20 minuti.
