INGREDIENTI:
120g di pasta di grano saraceno
80g di legumi secchi/ 240g cotti (es. piselli)
Zafferano
100g di spinaci
1 scalogno
Olio

PROCEDIMENTO:
Se si usano i piselli cotti, è bene sciacquarli sotto l’acqua corrente. Sbollentare, quindi, gli spinaci e saltarli in padella successivamente con uno scalogno tagliato a cubetti e un poco di sale. Aggiungere i piselli e continuare la cottura per qualche minuto. Una volta cotta la pasta, condire con quanto preparato. Servire caldo con un filo di olio a crudo. Avrete un piatto completo di tutti i macronutrienti.
