INGREDIENTI:
200g di ceci cotti
Succo di due limoni
1 cucchiaio di olio
1 spicchio di aglio
50g di barbabietola cotta
Menta
Sale q.b.
PROCEDIMENTO:
Mettere in un contenitore i ceci, aggiungere il succo di limone, l’aglio, l’olio, il sale, la menta e la barbabietola cotta. Frullare il tutto per ottenere una crema ed eventualmente aggiungere un po’ di acqua. Ideale come secondo da accompagnare a delle verdure cotte, oppure come aperitivo leggero con un pinzimonio.
