PROCEDIMENTO:
Nota: potete sostituire i ceci con i piselli.
Frullate il tutto e create le formine, porre su una teglia e cuocere in forno a 200 gradi per 25/30 minuti.
-> Da abbinare a del pane tostato e accompagnare a delle verdure e olio oppure a delle semplici verdure per un pasto low carb.
