INGREDIENTI:
Fiocchi d’avena integrali
150g di pesce persico
1 carota
2 zucchine
Pomodorini
1 cipolla rossa
PROCEDIMENTO:
Tagliare a cubetti le zucchine, la carota, la cipolla e a metà i pomodorini. Farli saltare in padella con un pizzico di sale e spezie a piacere e un cucchiaio di passata di pomodoro. Nel frattempo cuocere in una padella antiaderente il pesce con timo e pepe rosa. Quando tutto sarà pronto, cuocere a fuoco lento i fiocchi di avena con acqua e sale per qualche minuto. Aggiungere le verdure al porridge e completare con il pesce.
