INGREDIENTI:
100g di farina di farro
60g di farina integrale
20g di whey protein neutre
200ml di albume
1 banana
10g di cacao amaro
20g di gocce di cioccolato
Succo di 1 arancia e scorza
1 bicchiere di acqua abbondante
Lievito o 2 cucchiaini di bicarbonato
PROCEDIMENTO:
Schiacciare la banana in una ciotola, inserire la farina di farro, la farina integrale e le proteine whey. Iniziare a mescolare, aggiungendo il lievito, il cacao e le gocce di cioccolato. A questo punto, inserite gradualmente l’albume e successivamente il succo di arancia, la scorza e l’acqua. Quando otterrete un impasto omogeneo e cremoso, inserite il tutto nelle formine da muffin, infornate a 180° per 20 minuti.
