Mettere in una ciotola la farina, le proteine e il lievito secco mescolato al miele. Aggiungere gradualmente l’albume e l’acqua iniziando ad impastare. Aggiungere le gocce di cioccolato fondente e l’olio di semi continuando a impastare fino ad ottenere un panetto soffice e compatto. Lasciare riposare in frigo. Creare 10 paninetti e cuocere in forno per 20 minuti a 200°C.
